Water Good-Well
frantic upheaval
of myriad waves
passionately bursting
against each other
the splatter of each concave
fresh rippled permutation
of your fractured reflection
our existence, implies
inflexion
and it seeks
through rock
and it seeks
through sand
and permeates even
the deepest of wells
in search of another alike
itself lost in reason
playing geometric games
of probability that end in
treason.
what was left
when we left
what is felt
should the whims of chance
cripple the faith
that these frantic waves
hang, cling onto
the cliffs of dreams
meant to end soon and never
two be forgotten.
